Offering breakfast and dinner for locals and guests of Peppers Salt Resort & Spa and Peppers Balé, all located in Salt Village on the Kingscliff coastline, Season restaurant presents well priced cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. Make yourself comfortable amongst the chic and inviting décor, with furnishings shipped from Italy adding a touch of elegance and timeless style.
The innovative and seasonally inspired menu offers fresh local and organic ingredients from the Gold Coast Hinterland and Northern Rivers produce-belt to ensure you taste only the very best. Sourced from local growers, Season Restaurant encourages you to eat food the way nature intended it with hormone and antibiotic-free meat, and cheeses delivered straight from Tamborine Mountain. Take your pick of marinated cuttlefish, dukkah crusted ricotta, Tweed Coast tiger prawns, or crisp wonton salad, washed down with a delicious local wine.
For dessert you can choose from the delectable range of sweets including spiced baked cheese cake, pandan ice cream, baklava wafer and finger lime syrup, or get your chocolate fix with smashed chocolate and hazelnut Pavlova, wattle seed mascarpone and raspberry compote.
